Sun City

As an investing developer, Akfen company has been constructing “Sun City” housing complex in Leningradsky district in Kaliningrad since 2011.

In 2014 we started construction of a new domestic house in Elizavetinskaya Str., 46 (according to GP). In this project we tried to meet our clients' wishes and solve the most contemporary problems of the neighbourhood. The project represents a house of varying number of storeys with individual heating and underground parking. For comfortable location of necessary infrastructure, office premises will be situated on the ground-floor. The house will be located in proximity to "Yantarny" sports palace.
