Mortgage
Mortgage is the type of a loan provided for the purchase of the property.
Mortgage crediting - funds provided by the bank for the purchase of housing. Mortgage loan is granted for a time period of 5 to 30 years. Purchased or owned property can be used as a deposit for a loan issue.
When purchasing a real estate there are two forms of mortgage lending:
- Mortgage Equity Contract;
- Mortgage Sale and Purchase Contract.
Mortgage loan based on an Equity Contract is provided for housing under construction. Mortgage loan based on Sale and Purchase Contract is available for ready-made housing, commissioned into operation.
